SEVERIN city griller promotion – eligibility requirements

§ 1 Subject matter

The SEVERIN city griller promotion is a reward-based promotion running in Sweden for a limited period.
The organiser of the promotion is SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH, Röhre 27, 59846 Sundern, Germany.
In running the promotion, SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH is cooperating with the agency REINBOLDROST Ltd. & Co.KG, Koblenzer Straße 112, 53177 Bonn, Germany.

During the promotion, end consumers who purchase a grill on promotion from retailers can register online and upload a photo of their receipt and their product or post the receipt and details of the EAN (European Article Number). Every person who meets the eligibility requirements of the promotion will receive a set of three HEINZ grill sauces.
The promotion is valid while stocks last.

Taking part in the promotion is based solely on the following eligibility requirements and privacy policy, which everyone who takes part accepts.

§ 2 Requirements

1. It is possible to take part in the promotion online via the website www.severin.com/se by uploading a photo of the original receipt and the product. Alternatively, the receipt can be posted together with the grill’s EAN. You can find the necessary form to download HERE. If sent by post, the postal charges will not be reimbursed.
2. It is possible to take part in the promotion between 1 April 2018 and 31 July 2018 (11.59 p.m. German time). If taking part offline, the postmark dated 31 July 2018 will be used as proof of postage. Incomplete or late submissions cannot be considered. Original receipts or copies are accepted. Important: original receipts cannot be returned.
3. Any person aged 18 or older who resides in Sweden is eligible to enter.
4. The products must be purchased within the stated promotion period (between 1 April 2018 and 31 July 2018) and be clearly identifiable on the receipt.
5. Employees of SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH and their relatives are not eligible to take part in the promotion, nor are employees of REINBOLDROST Ltd. & Co KG and their relatives.
6. Persons taking part in the promotion are responsible for ensuring that the details provided are correct, complete and usable. Incorrect details shall be solely to the detriment of those who have provided them. SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH accepts no liability whatsoever in this regard
7. It is possible to claim more than one sauce set, but each receipt can only be used once (i.e. uploaded or posted).

§ 3 Promotion description and registration

1. The end consumer must purchase one product on promotion and keep the original receipt that shows the product. They must then upload a photo of the original receipt together with a photo of the product.

   The end consumer must register online at www.severin.com/se with their contact details (first name, surname and address in Sweden) and upload a photo of the original receipt and a photo of the product. The receipt must be complete, i.e. the purchase date, retailer and total amount must be clearly identifiable. Once this is completed, they must acknowledge the eligibility requirements and the privacy policy and click on the ‘Participate now!’ button

   In particular, SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH is under no obligation to make several attempts to post the set of three HEINZ grill sauces in the event that incorrect details have been provided. Instead, the entitlement to receive the set is forfeited if it cannot be sent due to a person providing erroneous information.

   Each receipt can only be uploaded or posted once. It cannot be used several times to take part in the promotion. Doing so will lead to a refusal to send further sets of three HEINZ grill sauces.

2. Those who take part in the promotion online will automatically be sent a confirmation email to the address provided at the time of registration. No email will be sent to those who take part in the promotion offline.
   

3. If the person meets all of the eligibility requirements for the promotion, a set of three HEINZ grill sauces will be sent by post within four weeks to the address in Sweden provided at the time of registration. No cash equivalent will be offered. The promotion will only run while stocks last.

§ 4 Liability

1. Within the limits permitted by law, no claims for damages or any other claims may be asserted against REINBOLDROST Ltd. & Co. KG and SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH, their employees and vicarious agents in relation to the promotion and the giveaways. The aforementioned shall not apply in cases of deliberate action and gross negligence or in the event of a breach of fundamental duties (cardinal duties). Legal liability for damages covered by the provisions of the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) and for loss of life and injury to body or health shall remain unaffected.
2. Furthermore, REINBOLDROST Ltd. & Co. KG and SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH, their employees and vicarious agents accept no liability for damages arising from restricted availability of the promotion website, for technical faults beyond their control, for loss of data – e.g. in the course of data transfer – events attributable to force majeure and any disruption caused by third parties. REINBOLDROST Ltd. & Co. KG and SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH also accept no liability in the event that the promotion website fails to function correctly on the computer of the person taking part in the promotion.
3. SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH offers no guarantee in relation to the descriptions and details provided about the set of three HEINZ grill sauces within the context of the promotion. They are non-binding; the sauces may differ in terms of size and variety as well as in other ways from the products shown as part of the promotion.

§ 5 Privacy policy

1. The personal details and IP address (and the associated data) of those taking part in the promotion will be electronically gathered, processed, stored and used solely for the purposes of running the promotion. Data entered in the registration form for the City Barbecue is given exclusively with your consent (Article 6(1) a) GDPR).
2. Any persons taking part in the promotion consent to their personal details being gathered, stored, processed and used to the following extent: The person taking part in the promotion consents to their personal details being gathered, processed, stored and used by REINBOLDROST Ltd. & Co. KG and SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH solely for the purposes of running the promotion. Any personal details, gathered, processed, stored and used for the purposes of running the promotion will be deleted from the systems of SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH and REINBOLDROST Ltd. & Co. KG once the promotion has ended, insofar as there are no legal obligations to retain the data. As a matter of course, the data will not be used for advertising purposes, nor will it be passed onto any third parties.
   After the end of the campaign, only the data of participants who have registered for the newsletter or have voluntarily given advertising permission will be used for sending the newsletter.
3. The person taking part in the promotion has the right to revoke their consent to their personal details being gathered, processed, stored and used at any time. This must be done in writing an email to severin@mycustomercare.eu. Immediately after receiving notice from the person exercising their right to revoke their consent, the personal details of the person taking part in the promotion will no longer be gathered, processed or used and will be deleted from the systems of SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH and REINBOLDROST Ltd. & Co. KG, insofar as there are no legal obligations to retain the data. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
4. The person taking part in the promotion also has the right to request information about their stored personal details. This can be done at any time by sending an email to severin@mycustomercare.eu.

§ 6 Excluding people from taking part in the promotion

SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH reserves the right to exclude anyone from the promotion who provides incorrect details at the time of registration, breaches the eligibility requirements and/or is involved in any kind of manipulation (e.g. failing to upload or post an original receipt or attempting to take part in the promotion more than once with one receipt). In such cases, SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH reserves the right to refuse to send the set of three HEINZ grill sauces or request the return of a set of three HEINZ grill sauces already sent.

§ 7 Other provisions

1. Only the law in the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
2. SEVERIN Elektrogeräte GmbH reserves the right to terminate the promotion at any time without notice, if no guarantee can be provided that the promotion can be run due to legal and/or factual reasons, particularly if there is any suspicion of manipulation.
3. If any provisions of the eligibility requirements and privacy policy should be (or become) invalid in full or in part, the validity of the reaming provisions shall remain unaffected. Legal regulations shall replace the invalid provision. The principles of the supplementary interpretation of the contract shall apply in the event of a loophole.
